Looking for a way to market your business and make a difference in our community at the same time? Join us as a sponsor of Chip in for Charity from the sponsorship options below:

Target Sponsor (20 Spots available)

• Available to local businesses, and service providers based in Ventura County. Targets will be provided by the event host in 3 sizes
  • 6’x6’ Target ($750) - Gold
  • 4’x4’ Target ($500) - Silver
  • 2’x2’ Target ($250) - Bronze

Target Sponsor Benefits:

• Custom signage for event - Past Sponsor Signage Examples 
• Logo placement on all print marketing & digital advertising materials 
• Logo inclusion on ALL event flyers, score card, Social Media promotions 
• Brand exposure before, during and after the event 
• Video and social media marketing to be designed/provided by event organizers.
• Complimentary event tickets based on sponsorship level:
  • Gold (3) - Silver (2) - Bronze (1) 
    • Each Ticket includes: entry, bucket of balls, Food/Drink ticket

Prize Sponsor (20 Spots available to local businesses)

• Prizes must be valued at $25+ 
  • Prizes cannot be alcohol related
  • Acceptable Prizes: gift cards/baskets, golf gear, houseware, electronics, small appliances

Prize Sponsor Benefits 

• Target Sponsorship NOT required
• As a prize sponsor, you receive a shout out and inclusion in the event’s giveaway.
• Giveaway prizes are being announced every 15 minutes by the MC
• Prizes must be valued at $25+ 
• Prizes cannot be alcohol related (We are family friendly)
  • Acceptable Prizes can include but are not limited to: gift cards/baskets, golf gear, houseware, electronics, small appliances, sports/event tickets, Clothing

TO BECOME A PRIZE SPONSOR - COMPLETE THIS FORM

Drink Sponsor (1 spot - open to local brewery, restaurant or business) 

• Drink sponsorship can be in two forms:
  • A $1000 donation - 200 Drink cards with your logo provided to participants. 
  • Tangible donation (ie Cans, Kegs, Bottles etc) - This option requires sponsor to staff and distribute beverages under a valid ABC “Day-Of” license for more info see the CA ABC form - Linked Here

Drink Sponsor Benefits 

• Logo placement on all print marketing & digital advertising materials 
• Logo inclusion on ALL event flyers, score card, Social Media promotions 
• Brand exposure before, during and after the event 
• Video and social media marketing to be designed/provided by event organizers.

Food Sponsor (1 Spot - open to local Restaurant, Caterers, or food truck)

• We are looking for a local food sponsor to serve food for our event. Our food sponsor can be a local business covering the cost of food or a direct donation from a local restaurant.
• Food Sponsor will be required to deliver, staff, and serve food from a dedicated serving area from 1pm-3:30pm during the event. 

Food Sponsor Benefits 

• Logo placement on all print marketing & digital advertising materials 
• Logo inclusion on ALL event flyers, score card, Social Media promotions 
• Brand exposure before, during and after the event 
• Video and social media marketing to be designed/provided by event organizers.

Additional Sponsorship options:

• Booths (15 spots Option for Target/Food/Beverage sponsors)
  • As a sponsor, you have the option to set up your own “booth” at the event to showcase your business, give out information and swag. While “booths” are recommended for target sponsors, it is not a requirement.

2. Donate via credit/debit card online here 
3. OR Mail donation check to Ventura Land Trust PO Box 1284, Ventura, CA 93002
   1. Include Chip In For Charity in the check “notes/memo”
4. Email ChipInForCharity805@gmail.com your logo (PNG format preferred)
5. Email your mailing list the Eventbrite Link and post your involvement to Facebook
6. Take a picture at the event and tag @ChipInForCharity_805 on Instagram
7. Set up/tear down booth/table (if applicable)
